When you are part of our network, your Hotel will have to:

• Be identified in its relations as an associated Hotel to Oca Hotels.
• Authorize to Oca Hotels to negotiate in its name the economic conditions to be agreed with other entities.
• Adopt the corporate image of the Associate Hotels.
• Take part actively in the plan of clients' fidelity.
• Take part actively in the campaigns of promotion that Oca Hotels decides.
• Take part actively in the planned training courses.
• Respect the entire confidentiality of the present agreement, as well as the agreed in the purchase head office.

• Use and commercialization of the commercial mark of Oca Hotels.
• Use of the Know-How of Oca Hotels: knowledge, utilities, methods of production, development and commercial organization.
• Formation: Phase of implantation, courses, systems of development, product, commercialization and customer assistance.
• Technical, commercial and productive assistance from the Central Departments of Oca Hotels.
• Promote our Hotels, competitive and of high value for money, which make us different from our competition.
• Negotiation in favor of the Associated Hotel with borrowers and providers..
